What is GATES ID?
It is the one account behind every GATES product. You sign in once and use it in any connected app.
Do I need a separate account for each app?
No. The same GATES ID works in every connected app. An app may ask you a short question of its own the first time you open it.
I already use Gcademy. Do I need a new account?
No. Your Gcademy account is already your GATES ID. Sign in here with the same phone number, email or username, and the same password.
I forgot my password. What now?
Choose “Forgot password?” in the sign-in window. We email you a 6-digit code, and you set a new password with it.
Is Gcademy free?
Signing up is free. Some lessons are free to watch; others are paid, at a price the instructor sets.
Can I use GATES in Arabic?
Yes. This page, the GATES ID window and Gcademy all work in Arabic and English. Switch the language at the top of the page.
How do you keep younger learners safe?
Gcademy asks for a date of birth to keep younger learners safe, and never shows it publicly. Your username is seen only by you and GATES staff.
Are Vendorya, Gcare-Desk and G-Store on GATES ID yet?
Not yet. Gcademy is the first app on GATES ID; Vendorya, Gcare-Desk and G-Store join it one by one.
